Scope of this policy
The JARO website provides an initial interest form. It does not provide accounts, payment, or booking, and submitting the form does not create a listing, contract, or obligation.
Interest form data
When you consent and submit the form, we collect your role (space seeker or owner), city or district, space type, expected or available duration, name, and mobile number. We use it only to understand the request and contact you about JARO’s launch.
Security and abuse prevention
Hosting and security services may process basic request data such as an IP address, request time, and browser type. The site uses a hashed derivative to limit repeated requests without storing the raw IP address in the interest-form database.
Internal measurement and cookies
The site measures five operational events only: hero action, readiness start and completion, and interest-form start and submission. It stores only the event name, language, page path, general context, and event time—with no cookies, user or session identifier, or cross-site tracking. These events are not linked to interest-form data.
Retention and request status
The interest request is retained for review and related contact until you ask for deletion or it is no longer operationally needed. It is not used to carry out a payment or booking.
Sharing and no sale
JARO does not sell personal data. Sharing may be limited to hosting, security, or communications providers as needed to operate and protect the site and contact you about the request. Form data is not shared with advertisers.
Protection and your rights
JARO takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, while no method can guarantee absolute security. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data using the email below. We may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity.
